"Wellnessta" means Wellnessta Private Limited, a corporation organized under the Companies Act; authorized to carry on business in India. for to carry on the business of providing all types of e-commerce services including providing cloud software, buying and selling of solutions and options and related consultancy services either directly or indirectly or through brokers or licensees, and also providing franchising and management services, publishing content online, print or any medium in India or outside India either singly or jointly or in Partnership with any person(s) or Body corporate or partnership Firm.



"Wellnessta Rewards Points" or "Points" means the Points accrued through the booking of any service through Wellnessta which can be exchanged for cash credits or any other means that may be specified for buying as services made available for users.


"Account Holder(s)" / “Members”, unless otherwise specified, mean holders of such Accounts on either Wellnessta website/mobile application. 


"Linked Accounts" include every single Account that is enrolled/ registered on the website / mobile application under the name of the same Account Holder, which are billed in the same currency, and on which all spending is combined and accumulated under one Rewards Program Account ("Program"). 





1. Membership: 

Membership in the program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one user account per individual who registers on Wellnessta. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By enrolling for Wellnessta Rewards you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To register for the website, you must provide your accurate first name, last name, mailing address, gender, email ID, and phone number. The program is void where prohibited by law. Members are entitled to only one account.


2. Access/Change Member Information:


Members must keep their personal information on their account up-to-date by visiting the website. Registered users of the website must provide their individual login information when logging on the website, which will allow the registered user to update their personal profile. Once you are a registered user of the website and have inputted your account details, the “My Account” link will allow maintenance of both site registration and program associated information.



3. Online Account Maintenance:

Once you are a registered user of the website, you may view a summary of your account on the website. After logging onto the website, simply click on “Your Account Name" link in the header of the website homepage and change any information on your account. You may also view your reward points balance and transaction history and eligibility for offers on the website through "My Account"




1. Terms Of Earning And Accumulating Wellnessta Reward Points


Wellnessta members can earn and accumulate Wellnessta Reward Points on sign-up and bookings made with Wellnessta. For all online purchases, you must be a registered user of the website and have linked your account with your online account to get points for online purchases. You must be signed into this account to receive any offers.


2. Earning Rate: 


Wellnessta Reward points can be accrued on sign-up or by paid booking through Wellnessta Website or application. Members earn two hundred (200) points on sign-up and/ or five (5) points for every INR 100 (Hundred Indian Rupees) spent when they purchase. For example, if you spend Rs.1000, you will receive 50 points. Wellnessta Reward Points earned by you will be credited to your account in 15 working days from the date of earning.  


3. Redemption: 


Up to 5% of cart value worth Reward Points can be redeemed while booking a service with Wellnessta. Wellnessta Reward Points cannot be converted to cash or any other means. Points accrued in any Account do not constitute any property of the Account Holder and are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to any other person or entity and cannot be transferred to, or combined with, any other Account. Wellnessta Reward Points cannot be redeemed for buying membership or gift cards or vouchers. It can only be redeemed for bookings of various services offered by our service providers.


4. Point Value: 


One Wellnessta Reward point is equivalent to Rs. 1 (or Indian Rupees One).


5. Expiry: 


If not redeemed, Wellnessta Reward Points in the account will expire after 3 months from the date of earning. 





Members hereby agree, declare and confirm that the goodwill, trademark, design, logo, website, webpage and all intellectual property and other rights in the Trade Name / Trade Description / Mark/s belong and shall continue to belong absolutely to and vest and shall continue to vest absolutely in Wellnessta and the Members shall not have or claim and shall not at any time in future have or claim any right, title or interest therein. 




1. Adjustments:


Adjustments will be made to the Points accrued in the Members’ Account if there is any credit(s), including those arising from returned goods or services or billing disputes, or debit(s) posted to a Member's Linked Account. 


2. Pricing and Other Errors: 


If the number of Wellnessta Reward Points, a Member redeems for a booking is incorrect, regardless of an error in the number posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to the Member, or if the Member is able to redeem a service that was not supposed to have been released for redemption, then Wellnessta will have the right to cancel that redemption and refund to you the Wellnessta Reward Points that you have redeemed. This will apply regardless of a human/ logical/ transactional error. In case of any such errors, the Wellnessta Reward Points will be refunded back into your account in 15 working days.


3. Refund: 


Wellnessta Reward Points will be refunded only in the case of the above-mentioned error. It will not be refunded in any other case. Wellnessta reserves the right to decide if the Wellnessta Reward Points will be refunded or not. On cancellation of booking done in any case, the Wellnessta Reward Points will not be refunded. 


4. Releasing From Liabilities:


By redeeming a Reward, the Member releases Wellnessta, its affiliates, subsidiaries, the parent, or group companies from any and all liabilities to the Members or any guests of the Members regarding the redemption or use of any Rewards, or other participation in the Program. 


5. Decision:


The decision of Wellnessta pertaining to the eligibility for the Program, eligibility for Points for accrual and redemption of Rewards shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the Members. 


6. Arbitration:


All disputes arising out of this Program shall be referred to arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. The arbitration shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who is on the panel of the Indian Merchant Chamber. The venue of Arbitration will be Mumbai and the language of the proceedings shall be English. 


7. Governing Laws And Jurisdiction:



These Terms and Conditions are governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
