You need to carry your mobile while you visit the service provider to avail the booked service. You can also check your booking status in your Wellnessta App under tab "My Bookings. "You will also receive the Booking details via SMS/ Email once the booking is confirmed . 

While you visit outlet to avail the booked service, open Wellnessta App on your mobile and go to "My Booking" section. Select the booking you wish to avail. Show the QR Code at the reception of the outlet.

Alternately, you can show SMS or Email to the service provider in order to avail of the service.
