Please refer to “Refund & Cancellation Policy” or call us at +91 89561 98979 (Monday-Sunday, 10 AM-8 PM)  and we will make sure your booking has been canceled. You will get a full refund (except convenience fees) if you cancel at least 2 hours before the starting time of your service. You will receive your refund in the original mode of payment between 7-10 working days. Please note that bookings canceled after 2 hours before service are not eligible for any refund. 

Please note: Wellnessta Convenience Fees will not be refunded if the booking is canceled by the customer.
