Answer.  Gift cards can be used on any Spa/ Naturopathy/ Mediation centers available on the Wellnessta platform.

• One can book any service using the Wellnessta Gift Card irrespective of the amount, an additional difference amount one needs to pay. Or if one selects a lesser value service, the balance will be made available in your account to be availed on the next purchases within the validity period of 180 days or specified on the gift card. 
• Our e-gift vouchers are valid for a period of  180 days or specified on the gift card from the date of purchase. On receipt of payment, an e-gift voucher with a unique serial number will be sent to the recipient’s email address and a copy will be sent to you, through email. To redeem an e-gift voucher the recipient must carry a printed or e-copy of the voucher along with some valid photo ID card.
• The gift card recipient will select the service, select the date and time, go on Check out page, Enter the gift Card Code and Pay the Extra amount (if any). If the service amount is lesser than the gift card value, the remaining balance you can use next time within the validity of the card.
