Answer. We offer wellnessta membership in two packages:

  1. For 3 Months it costs INR 299. 
  2. For 12 Months it costs INR 899.

Question. Can I apply for Wellnessta Fest Membership on guest bookings as well?

Answer. No, you must be a registered user or should register to avail of the benefits.


Question. What benefits do I get with my Wellnessta Fest membership?
Fest members pay Zero Convenience fees on services booked online through the Wellnessta platform, as well as extra discounts on service prices. Visit the Fest Membership page to learn more about the benefits of Fest.


Question. Can I avail other offers along with my membership benefit?

Answer. Yes, The Fest membership regular benefits can be availed with any other offer or benefit.


Question. Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Answer.  The memberships are non-transferable. 


Question. How would I be notified once the fest membership subscription is successfully activated after the purchase?

Answer. As soon as you make the payment, you will get a confirmation onscreen, via SMS, and through email on your registered email. Also, you can check Fest Membership details in your Account under the My Subscription section.  

Question.  Where do I see my Wellnessta Fest Membership details?

Answer.  You can sign in to your Wellnessta account and go to "Subscription" under "My Account" to check the details.

Question.  What to do if the amount got deducted from my bank account but I didn’t get the Wellnessta Fest Membership showing in my account?

Answer. Ideally, it shouldn’t happen. In case, you do not see the Fest Membership in your account. You can contact us and we will help you with the resolution.


Question.  What should I do if my accounts got charged twice for the fest membership plan?

Answer. In this scenario, you can contact us and we will investigate the case and help you with the resolution.


Question. What will happen to the fest membership if I do not renew it after the expiration date?

Answer.  Fest Membership is a one-time purchase and on the expiry of the membership period, it would not be renewed automatically. On the expiry of the membership period, the customer has to buy the Membership again.


Question. How can I raise a refund request for the remaining amount if I do not want to continue membership after 1-2 months?

Answer. Fest Membership once bought either for 3 months or 12 months can’t be canceled or refunded. It is so simple! You don’t have to buy again if you don’t want to continue.  


Question. From where the charges will be deducted or Wellnessta Fest Membership auto-renewal?

Answer. Fest Membership is a one-time purchase, not a subscription method. It expires on the date when validity is over and to continue Member has to buy Membership Again. Please read the terms and conditions before purchasing Fest Membership. 

Question> How can I print Fest Membership Invoice?

Answer. Please follow the steps given below:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Under Subscription – Fest Membership, select Billing Details.
  3. Click on the date of the charge you wish to view. The link will open a printable invoice page for that specific charge. If you prefer to print all the charges within the last year, you can print the Billing Details page.
  4. Find answers to questions about taxes listed on your invoice.

You can view your Fest Membership billing information for up to one year. If you need billing information older than one year, please contact your financial institution

Question.  What is the minimum service order value to avail of the Fest Membership discounts?

Answer. There is no minimum or maximum order value restricted to apply for the Fest Membership. Once you purchase it, you will automatically get the benefits on all the online appointments booked during the validity.  


Question. How many times in a month can I use the Wellnessta Fest Membership discount?  

Answer. There is no limit. You can use this discount on all the successful online bookings done through your Wellnessta account.


Question. Is this Fest Membership discount can be availed on offline booking done by the service provider?

Answer. No, the Wellnessta Fest Membership is only valid for all online bookings done through Wellnessta. 


Question. Can I apply for Wellnessta Fest Membership with vendor membership discounts simultaneously on an online booking? 

Answer. Yes, you can use both (Fest membership and Vendor membership) discounts for your online booking.


Question.  Will I get the discount or benefits offered in Fest Membership if I book an online appointment for someone else through my account?

Answer. Yes, you would be able to avail the benefits for all the online bookings done through your wellnessta account as long as your membership is active.
