At Wellnessta, we strive to provide seamless wellness and beauty service experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we offer refunds as per the following policy:


1. Refund Eligibility


1.1. Cancellations: Refunds are processed only if cancellations are made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, in accordance with our cancellation policy. The service amount, excluding any non-refundable convenience fees, will be refunded.


1.2. Last-Minute Cancellations: Refunds are not applicable for last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of the appointment) unless specified by the Third Party Merchant (TPM).


1.3. Business Partner Refusals: If a salon or spa owner refuses a user’s booking, a full refund of the booking amount, including any convenience or platform fees, will be processed.


1.4. Non-Refundable Items: Vouchers, deal coupons, and gift cards are non-refundable once purchased or redeemed.


1.5. No-Shows: No-shows or failure to attend the booked appointment will not qualify for any refund.


1.6. Promotional Bookings: Refunds are not applicable for bookings made under special offers or promotional discounts.


2. Refund Process


2.1. Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking (e.g., credit card, debit card, or UPI).


2.2. Processing Time: The refund process will take up to two weeks from the date of cancellation. However, it may take an additional 5-7 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway, for the amount to reflect in the user’s account.


2.3. Third-Party Transactions: If a service was paid using third-party vouchers or gift cards, no refund will be processed for these transactions.


3. Convenience Fees


3.1. Any convenience fee charged during the booking process is non-refundable, except in cases of booking refusals by business partners, where the entire amount, including convenience fees, will be refunded.


4. Disputes and Arbitration


Any disputes regarding refunds will follow the dispute resolution process as outlined in our User Cancellation Policy. Arbitration will be held in Mumbai, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
