To delete your account on Wellnessta:

1. Go to www.wellnessta.com and login your account or open your Wellnessta App and login.
2. Click on my account than select "Update Profile."
3. In update profile section scroll down and uou will find "Delete Account."
4. If you are sure you wish to delete your account please click red button to delete your account.

Please note that in case, you update the email or phone on the "Update Profile" page, you need to verify it using the OTP(which will be sent to the field which is being updated.
