1. Will I incur any additional charges?
Yes, a convenience fee plus 18% GST will be charged on your transaction. However, you may also benefit from special offers or discounts (such as bank or credit card offers) that can significantly offset or even exceed the convenience fee, delivering additional value on your service.
2. How are refunds handled?
If a refund is required due to a processing error or other reasons determined by the Vendor or Wellnessta, refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. Refunds may take 5-7 working days (excluding bank holidays) to be completed. For refund inquiries, please contact the Vendor.
3. Are there any discount offers if I pay using Paynessta?
Yes. Any applicable platform or third-party discounts (such as bank or credit card offers) will automatically/ by selecting manually be applied during your transaction, potentially reducing your overall fee or providing additional savings.
